He was predeceased by: his brother Tom Napper; and his parents, Mary Napper and Fred Napper. He is survived by: his former wife Glenda Fulford Napper; his daughters, Terena McRae, Mary Ann Rayner and Julia Lynn Watson; his grandchildren, Devon, Jodie, Darian and Rihanna; and his sister Susan Lunman (Donald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
