She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Veley and Charles Veley; her sister Carol Veley; and her husband Roger Harper. She is survived by: her daughter Penny-Lynne Foley; her brother Ken Veley; her grandchildren, Rae-Lynne and Deacon; and her close friends, Sue and Anne. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.
