He was predeceased by: his wife Verna Gendron (Wilson); his mother Beatrice Preston; and his sister Lillian Barkley. He is survived by: his sisters, Theresa Bolger (Bernie) and Frances Towsley (late Don); his niece Karla; and his close friend Evelyn Walsh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
