He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Parks; and his brother Allen. He is survived by: his spouse Chantelle Langille; his children, Landon and Hope Parks; his parent Shirley Parks; and his siblings, Debbie O'Connor, Sean O'Connor, Tracey O'Connor, Thomas Parks and Gary Parks. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In memory of Mark, donations to the Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health would be appreciated by the family.
