He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Mulcahy and Patricia Mulcahy. He is survived by: his siblings, Starr Hayter (Barry), Shelley Earle (late Geoff), David Mulcahy (Carolyn) and Lincoln Mulcahy; and his close friend Alex. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
