He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Joe Maggio; and his parents, Patricia Howley and Glen Howley. He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Maggio); his children, Levi, Domenica, Isabella and Anthony; his siblings, Grant (Gerard), Lyle, Edward (Shelley) and Glenna Barry (Daryn); his sibling-in-law Shelley Sparks (George); his mother-in-law Alice Maggio; and his nieces and nephews, Dean, Brandon Howley, Christopher, Nicole Barry, Sienna and Sayge Sparks. He is also survived by many friends and family.

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Huntington's Society or charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.

“I’m sad to hear of Neil’s passing. Although I knew him briefly, I recall doing a photoshoot of him at Niagara-on-The-Lake back in the Fall of ‘88. I remember his sense of humor and great attitude. I’ve photographed 1000’s since but he’s one person I didn’t forget. One day I’ll dig out photos of Neil and post them. My sincerest condolences to his family friends. Jon”
