He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Blair (Vout) and Harold Blair; and his brothers, Donald Blair and Jeffery Blair. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hutton; and his brother Gregory Blair (Tammy). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and his foster family.
