He is survived by: his daughter Helen Racette (Pierre); his granddaughters, Rebecca and Emily Sader; his stepgranddaughter Merreck Racette; his siblings, Linda Brown (Vin), Clarice Polack (Patrick), Nellie Newman (Harold), Godfrey McNamee, Calvin McNamee and Winston McNamee (Jean); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy McNamee, Claire McNamee and Ken Gair (Beverly). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Brockville Arts Hub or Maple View Long Term Care Home will be appreciated. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion will gather for a Veteran's Memorial Tribute at the start of the service.
