He is survived by: his wife Diane Halfpenny Hampton (Haggart); his children, Penny Visser (Art), Kimberly (late James Kirkby) and Gregory Halfpenny; his grandchildren, Mervyn (Chenee), Brittney Winters, Arthur Visser Jr., Michael Kirkby, Thomas, Frankie, Samantha Halfpenny, Gage Lily, Addison Halfpenny, Holly Reid and Leah Dabrowski; and his close friends, Richard, Marilyn Ross, Mike Ostrander, Wayne Pickett, Scottie, Benji, Bella and Storm.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at 819 Centennial Rd, Brockville, ON K6V7H2.
