With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Kelly (Brockville, Ontario), who passed away on July 24, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Pearl Kelly; and his parents, Hugh Kelly and Pearl Kelly (Hoare). He is survived by: his children, Maureen Cinnamon (Al) of Jellyby, Hugh Kelly (Mary) of Lansdowne and Sandy Kelly (Kathy) of Brockville; and his grandchildren, Sean (Elissa), Kevin (Janet), Derek, Leah-Ann (Louis), Dustin (Laura), Devin and Brenna. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to the COVID restrictions, please call the Barclay Funeral Home at 613-342-2792 if you would like to attend Graveside Funeral Service as there is a limit to how many people can be in the Cemetery at a time.

In memory of Ray, donations to Sherwood Park Manor or the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.

“My condolences on your loss. I worked with Ray at Cashway, back when he was also known ad Oatsie. I have some great memories of Ray. For a 16 year old, Working with Ray was like working with my Dad, but more fun. Even though I moved from Brockville in 1988, I still managed a few visits with him when I was back in the area. Wish I had gotten in more of those visits. Ray has a special place in my heart. Take care and enjoy the good memories you have of him. Walter Van Essen”
