He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Bernicky and Verla Bernicky; his brother Kevin; and his nephew Scott. He is survived by : his siblings, Sharon (Roger), Ron (Linda), Patty (Mark) and Susan (Layne); his cousins, Rick, Barry, Danny, Leonard, Paul and Brian; his nephews, Karrie (Stephanie), Chris (Crystal), Andrew, Stuart (Melissa), Lucas (Christina), Mathew (Krista), Tyler, Jordan and Nicholas; his aunts, Paula Clark, Joy Bernicky, Dorothy Bernicky, Dorothy Fleming, Ruth Fleming and Gloria Hunter; and his uncle Bob Bernicky. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
