He was predeceased by: his wife Pat Lowe; his parents, Doris Rockey (Graham) and Eric Lowe; his siblings, Doug Lowe, Ralph Lowe (Shirley) and Beverley Toupin (Carl); his parents-in-law, Tom and Ellen Power (Fawcett); and his in-laws, Lois Auger (Vic) and Henry Vandenheuvel.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia (Barry Baker); his grandchildren, Lauren Shane (Michael) and Andrea Baker (Drew Lennon); his great grandchild Oakley Claire Shane; his siblings-in-law, Hannah Lowe, Kathryn Vandenheuvel, James, Ann Power, Joan and John Knighton; and his friends, Linda Park (Keith) and Brenda Wells (Ryan).
In lieu of flowers and expressions of sympathy, donations in Roger's memory to the Brockville General Hospital (Palliative Care) or Wellington House Activity Fund would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
