It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Hess of Brockville, Ontario, who passed away on July 13, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Hess and Simone Hess (Sauvé); and his uncles, Carl and Roger. He is survived by : his wife Wendy Cowell; his stepdaughter Amanda Manhard; and his aunts and uncles, Glenn Hess (Joyce), Rita Hess (late Roy), Lee, Lyle, Keith Hess, Rita Pepper (late Donald), Claire Topping (late Kenneth), Rachelle Coville (late Raymond), Gerald, Raymond, Rheal and Rene Sauvé. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
