He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Carl Cyril Decle. He is survived by: his parent Kathleen Decle; his children, Michael Decle, Angela Decle, Jessica Decle and Maria Decle; his grandchildren, Liam and Jasmine; and his siblings, John Decle and Dennis Decle.
