She was predeceased by: her husband James Forrest; her siblings, Phyllis, Barbara, Patricia, Fred, Ken, Bob and Rolly; and her parents, Frederick Hellyer and Annie Hellyer (Turland).

She is survived by: her sons, Jim Forrest (Ingrid) of Brockville and Kenneth Forrest (late Karen) of Maitland; her granddaughters, Shannon (Kent) of Maitland and Ainslie (Richard) of Ottawa; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Michael, Meghan, Aiden, Logan, Quinlan and Rowyn; and her sister Gladys Jacques.

Covid protocols will be in effect with a limited number of guests in attendance.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
