Stephen Merkley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Merkley (Brockville, Ontario), who passed away on April 23, 2019, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Cathy Gareau (Catherine Ann) and Cathy Wickware; his stepfather Bob Wickware of Maitland; his siblings, Shauna LaPointe (Paul Wykes) of Athens, Jordan LaPointe (Kendra) of Brockville and Auston Wickware (Chelsea Conklin) of Maitland; his siblings' children, Brody, Zachary, Bentley and Ava; his aunts, Tam (Tammy) and Nicole Gareau (Gord Davis) of Brockville; and his uncle Michael VanBeilen of Toronto. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
