He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kelly and Shirley Kelly (Mates); and his brother Randy Kelly (Sally). He is survived by: his wife Moira (McNeill); his siblings, Peggy Helmer (Don), John Kelly (Victoria) and Pam Poulin (Harold); his brother-in-law Craig; and his friend Sheila Nelson.
