He was predeceased by: his wife Verla Dobson (Welch); his parents, William and Elizabeth; his daughter Anne; and his great grandchild Mira.
He is survived by: his son Tom Dobson (Heather); his grandchildren, Maria Dobson (Tom), Corey DeMille (Loretta), James DeMille (Brooke) and Alex Dobson (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Oliver, Claire Dobson and Gaven DeMille; and his sister Anne Fraser (Kenneth).
