He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lombard and Mary Lombard (Hailey). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Lombard (Billings); his daughter Melissa Lombard; his stepchildren, Mark, Shawn (Gillian), Dayna Kenney, Richard Raas and Laura Deck; his grandchildren, Darva Carswell, Riya, Sage Kenney and Brandon Raymond; his sister Sue Lombard; his stepmother Lois Lombard; his stepsiblings, Allen, John, Terry Johnston and Barbara Dougherty; and his siblings-in-law, Paul and Cheryl Billings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In memory of Bill, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or to the Brockville SPCA, would be appreciated by the family.
