He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Upshall and Margaret Upshall; his siblings, Kenneth and Catherine; his mother-in-law Bev Seddon; and his sister-in-law Bev Cassidy.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his children, Julie Miller (Dave), David Upshall (Lesley) and Lisa Upshall (Mark Dietz); his grandchildren, Jack, Carter, Emma, Danna, Hadley and Meg; his siblings, Betty Irvine (Stewart Sr.), Doug Upshall (Gail) and Carolyn Shrubsall (Blair); and his father-in-law Doug Seddon. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lockhart Reception Centre (116 Montreal St, Mitchell, ON N0K1N0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
