He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cowan and Violet Cowan. He is survived by: his brothers, Dwight (Marion) and Chris (Barb); and his nieces and nephews, Sherri, Wendi, Tim, Jeff and Julie. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
