We announce the death of Mae Nellie Ebel (Brussels, Ontario), who passed away on October 13, 2026, at the age of 98. Mae will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Louis; and her son Brad. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Beemer (Terry), Jeff Ebel (Carolyn) and Paul Ebel; her grandchildren, Terri (Andrew), Cassandra (Andrew) and Colton; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Calleigh, Thomas and Liam.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Melville Presbyterian Church (55 Dunedin Dr, Brussels, ON N0G1H0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy, donations to your local hospital would be appreciated.
