He was predeceased by: his spouses, Olene (Godkin) and Dennis; his siblings, Elsie McSpadden (Samuel), Florence Wood (Gordon), Grace Wilbee (Kenneth), Helen Sims (Allan), Eleanor Dennis, Ruth Rowe (Wesley), Don Dennis (Esther) and Grant Dennis (Joanne); and his parents, Porter Dennis and Mary Dennis (Machan).
He is survived by: his children, Steven Dennis, Judy Simpson, Peggy, John Wakabayashi, Laura Forbes and Elaine Grosvenor; his grandchildren, Natalie, Adrienne Wakabayashi, Danny, Lori-Anne Forbes, Adam Forbes, Kevin Grosvenor and Rachel Grosvenor; and his great grandchildren, Elsie and Leena Forbes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendrier Riverside Funeral Home Brussels Chapel (401 Albert St, Brussels, ON N0G1H0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
