He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clarence, Bernard, Jack (Pearl) and Pat Sangster (Noah). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his daughters, Wendy Embree (Rob), Cindy Blake (Tom Lemieux), Donna Crawford (Tom) and Carolynn Rancourt (Mike); his grandchildren, Jason (Whitney), Shawn (Carolyn) and Nicole (John); his great grandchildren, Alivia, Brielle, Rhett and Russell; and his sister-in-law Barbara Blake. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
