She is survived by : her parents, Carol Eaton and Clayton Eaton; her brothers, Peter, Mark and Bryan; her sisters-in-law, Kathryn Keystone, Ling Li and Katie Chasowy; her nephews, Miles, Avery and Ellis; her niece Grace; and her grandmother Ruby Eaton.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dwayne D. Budgell Funeral Home (1105 Rest Acres Rd, Paris, ON N3L3E3). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 8:45 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (183 King St, Brant, ON N0E1A0).

In lieu of flowers, donations made in Emily's memory to Inclusion Action in Ontario or Blessed Sacrament Church, Burford would be appreciated by the family.
