He is survived by: his girlfriend Alice Zywicki; his children, Yvonne (Brent Moffatt), Jacqueline Arthur (Paul) and Jeffrey VanLuttikhuizen; his grandchildren, Andrea, Jacob, Raymond (Nicole), Brianne and Colton; and his brother Tony VanEgdom.
