She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Middlebrook; her sisters-in-law, Leona Middlebrook and Marlene Middlebrook; and her close friend Doug. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Middlebrook; her children, Jennifer Griffiths (Andrew), Laura Irwin (Tyler) and Benjamin Clark (Paige); her grandchildren, Lily Griffiths, Noah Griffiths and Rylee Irwin; and her siblings, Christine Gibbs (Eric), Wayne Middlebrook, Paul Middlebrook and Rob Middlebrook (Natalie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
