As Donna departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Donna. Though Donna may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bruce Sharpe and Nancy (Dave Lawson). She is survived by: her husband Miles; her son Randy (Melony); her grandchildren, Riley and Taylor; and her siblings-in-law, Gail Sharpe, Larry (Judy Sharpe) and Diane Brown (Brad Bryson). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendrier Opatovsky Funeral Home - Dempster Chapel (210 Ontario St, Burk's Falls, ON P0A1C0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Algonquin Grace Hospice.
