He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Baxter and Ferne Baxter. He is survived by: his close friend Joanne Ouellette; his children, Lindsay Hannemann (Shawn) and Amy Brunette (Kris); and his grandchildren, Hunter, Lillian, Arwyn and Kacey.
