He was predeceased by : his son Jimmy; his granddaughter Jacqueline; his siblings, David Adams Sr. (Rose), Bob Gray (June) and Evelyn Boritzki; and his parents, Evelyn Adams and William Adams.
He is survived by : his children, Suzanne (Jim), Dianne (Rob), Ken (Stephanie) and Tim (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Shaelyn, Ryan, Jacob, Benjamin, Kyle, Nikki and David (Leanne); his great grandchildren, Logan and Darius; and his nephew Dave Adams (Terry). He is also survived by his family and friends.
