With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alma Mae Bortolotto (Burlington, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wearn Famely and Alice Famely; her in-laws, Alessandro and Maria Bortolotto; her siblings, Mary (Joe) and Jack (Flo); and her siblings-in-law, Norma, Peter and Gino.
She is survived by: her husband Bruno Bortolotto; her children, Mark (Teresa) and Isabel; her grandchildren, Luc and Kayla; her siblings, Ruby (Bill), Shirley (Karl) and Patricia; and her siblings-in-law, Guido, Emma and Bruna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burlington - Bay Gardens Cremation, Memorial & Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Dr, Burlington, ON L7T1V1). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative Care Unit at St. Peter's Hospital in Alma's memory are appreciated by the family.
