Betty Laron Obituary
We announce the death of Betty Laron (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 97. Betty will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Betty will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Betty will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Betty’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederika Rosenberg and Josef Rosenberg; and her husband Leon Laron. She is survived by: her extended family, Soraya, Elvira and Tamar Levy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home - Brant Street (485 Brant St, Burlington, ON L7R2G5). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
