He was predeceased by: his stepson Mark Heideman; and his parents, Lillian Todd and Joseph Todd. He is survived by: his wife Betty L Todd; his children, Randy Todd (Jessica) and Laura Lynn Marshall (Dave); his stepchildren, Patricia Heideman (Herb) and Robert Heideman (Amy); his grandchildren, Kelsey (Adam), Cameron (Jamie), Mason and Keaton; and his great grandchild Parker.
