She is survived by: her parents, Jennifer and Matthew; and her siblings, Nicholas and Madeline. She is also survived by her great-grandmother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that donations be made in Charlotte's memory to one of the following organizations: •Emily's House Hospice – for the compassionate care and support they provided to Charlotte and our family during her final days. •ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation – to help fund research into Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) and DIPGNavigator, the on-staff support that we received to help navigate accessing clinical trials, latest DIPG research and alternative therapies. •Make-A-Wish Canada – Charlotte was fortunate to have her wish granted in late 2024, an experience that brought her so much joy.
