He is survived by: his wife Rita (Werkman); his grandchildren, Mike, Marsha Bosch-Chris, Marita Bosch, Gavin, Sarah Bosch (Jasper), Kaela Bosch, Fred Mertz, Braelyn, Josiah Vanderveen, Lorraine, Bill Louwerse-Colter, Evie Louwerse, Raina, Caleb Wust, Kiara, Carter Veenendaal, Lincoln Louwerse, Brian, Sonja Bosch-Cherita, Brent Vanderwoude, Rosalee, Arjaan DeVisser, Claire Webb, Alanna, Shane Dejonge, Taylor Bosch, Calvin Zylstra, Harvey, Helen Bosch-Jason, Emily Bosch, Geoffrey, Trisha Bosch (Finley), Douglas Bosch, Heather, Samuel Fokkema, Calvin Bosch, Elisabeth Bosch and Samuel Bosch; and his children, Chris and Rita. He is also survived by brothers, brothers and sisters-in-law.
