He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Firby and Marjorie Firby. He is survived by: his wife Mary-Ellen; his sons, Alex (Pallavi) and Chris (Morgan); and his siblings, Darrell (Monica), Donald (Cheryl) and Sharon (Steve). He is also survived by family and many friends.
