He was predeceased by: his brother Doug Richter; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Richter. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Richter; his children, Sandra Richter (Yoss), Cheryl Richter and David Richter; his grandchildren, Rebecca Moss (Daniel), Alexander Moss, Dane Richter and Dennis Cowles; and his great grandchildren, Lucien Moss, Noah Moss, Grayson Moss, Julien Cowles and Johnathon Cowles.
