It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth MacFarlane (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on November 14, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Elizabeth MacFarlane to show support.

She was predeceased by : her husband Malcolm "Ian" MacFarlane; her daughter Susan McKay; her grandson Joseph MacFarlane; and her sibling Sydney Green (late Phyllis). She is survived by : her children, Greg MacFarlane (Brenda) and Janice Smith (Doug); her grandchildren, Jackie Folino (Antony), Jeff Smith (Jennifer), Jessica Radon (Damian), Candace Ward and Christopher Ward; and her brother Alex Green (Bill Williamson).

In lieu of flowers, to honour Elizabeth's grandchildren, great-grandchildren and overwhelming love for all children, donations to SickKids would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
