He was predeceased by: his grandfather Eugenio; his parents, Giovanni Filice and Marianna Filice (Presta) of Dipignano; his siblings, Domenico Filice (Chiarina), Mario Filice (Marietta), Santo Filice (Antonietta), Giuseppe Filice (Francesca), Teresa Giordano (Giuseppe), Adelina Pasqua (Carmino) and Elvira Tedesco (Alberto); his wives, Teresa (DeRose) and Pasqualina (Massaro); and his stepson Giuseppe Morrone.
He is survived by: his sons, Frank Filice (Caroline) and Aldo Filice (Yolanda); his stepdaughter Rosanna; his grandchildren, Melissa (Melhiser), Adrian Filice (Melissa), Jenna Filice, Tanya Filice, Jason Filice (Linda), Jessica McClanahan (Jordan), Danielle of Laat, Sandro Morrone (Antonietta) and Elisa Tenche (Caius); and his great grandchildren, Olivia Bucci, Briella Sciortino, Luca Filice, Kaylin Filice, Simona Filice, James McClanahan, Charlie McClanahan, Simona Tenche and Nicholas Tenche.
