We announce the death of Gelena Jorgenson (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on July 19, 2026, at the age of 93. Gelena will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny; her sons, John and Mitch; her son-in-law Cornell; and her parents, Milton Hopkins and Clara Hopkins.

She is survived by: her sisters, Julie Hopkins and Sally Weir (David); her daughters, Susan Coyne (Bob) and Laurie Smith; and her grandchildren, Spencer, Danny, Clara, Sabrina, Kaitlin, Erika and Kyla. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren.
