We bid farewell to Gerald Hansen of Burlington, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 11, 2025 at the age of 87. Gerald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his children, Laurie and Heather; his parents, Christian Hansen and Florence Hansen; and his brother Keith.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kathleen and Richard (Colleen); his grandchildren, Chelsea (Clarke), Aleah, Tanisha (Evan), Tanner and Chandon; his sister Ellen (Keith); and his sister-in-law Debbie. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home (485 Brant St, Burlington, ON L7R2G5). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel (2241 New St, Burlington, ON L7R1J2).
