He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ganner and Joyce Ganner; and his sibling's children, John, Dorothy, Brian, Graham, Bryon, Christopher, Jess, Meg, Rachael and Aaron.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Hailee and Joshua; his siblings, Carl Ganner (Lois), Joy Clarke (David), Chris McConnell and Dorothy Ganner; his close friend Colleen; and his mother-in-law Muriel. He is also survived by his extended family, and countless friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Burlington - Bay Gardens Cremation, Memorial & Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Dr, Burlington, ON L7T1V1). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
