Karen Majka Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Majka of Burlington, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Karen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Lloyd Landry and Ada Blanche Jeanette Landry (Poole); and her brother Kevin. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughters, Adrienne Barton (Michael Barton) and Cheryl Anne Wroblewski (Hank Wroblewski); and her grandchildren, Hayden, Savannah Wroblewski, Avery and Owen Barton. She is also survived by her seven siblings.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in Karen's memory.
