He is survived by: his wife Annegret; his in-laws, Hannelore (Uwe Dierksen), Hans-Juergen (Heidi Maass) and Christiane Schufmann; his cousins, Beate (Norbert Bunke), Barbara, Sybille Haske and Elizabeth (Gerhard Lea); and his friends, Willem, Suzanne Howen, Pat, Laura D'Aloisio, Sandra Bowden, Rose Evertz and Mary Ranney.
