He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foltarz and Julia Bozek; and his siblings, William "Bill" Foltarz, Richard and Loryda Bozek.
He is survived by: his wife JoanE (JoanE); his siblings, Jennie Hill (Jim), Terri Foltarz (late Bill), Raymond Bozek (Violet) and Georgie Bozek; and his children, Krystyna, Jacob, Juliana Zawisza, Thomas "Tomek" and Victoria Gora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
