Marilyn Hastings Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Hastings of Burlington, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Marilyn farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marilyn is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Glen; her daughters, Nancy McCammon (Scott) and Sandra; her grandchildren, Laura Tripp (Mike) and Glen (Anna); and her great grandchildren, Natalie and Clara Tripp.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Anglican Church (1371 Elgin St, Burlington, ON L7S1G1). A reception was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Parish Hall.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Joseph Brant Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
