He was predeceased by: his parents, Leanor and Alan. He is survived by: his wife Shari; his children, Andrew (Alicia), Cameron and Jamie; his stepchildren, Jack, Ty and Ava; his siblings, Alan, Jocelyn and Tim (Kim); his nieces, Catherine, Danielle, Sophie and Paulina; and his nephew Harrison.

“In loving memory of Paul Michael Hart, Dr. Hart was our family doctor for as long as I can remember, over the span of decades. Our family grew up with him through elementary, high school, university, and when we started a family of our own. He helped me personally through some of the biggest health challenges of my life, and once told me "the body is the universe Justine", sometimes we don't know why. We will never forget him and are deeply grateful for his care and love all these years.”
