We announce the death of Peter Van Arnhem (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on June 17, 2026, at the age of 84. Peter will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Peter will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Peter will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Peter’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy Van (Kathleen); his daughters, Mieke Van Arnhem, Lisa Van Arnhem, Amy Van Arnhem (Chris Buncic) and Jody Van Arnhem; his son-in-law Chris; and his grandchildren, Nolan, Jackson, Isabel and Peter.
