He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jeff (Stacey), Kristin (late Mark Andersen), Michael (Kelly Witham), Pappa, Marlie, Leila, Jaxx, Drew, Evangeline, Scarlett, Claudia, Capri, Emma, Ethan, Isaac and Georgia; and his siblings, Mark (Carol), Christine (David), Thom (Fiona) and John.
