We announce the death of Reginald Chadwick in Burlington, Ontario, who passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 100. He was predeceased by: his daughters, Sharon Davies (Richard) and Laurie McKay (Diane); and his sister Marion Vardy. He is survived by: his wife Marielle; and his children, Susan Chadwick, Craig Chadwick and Cam Chadwick (Vicki).
